When I add the relevant details to the above URL the file downloads the latest crawl data correctly, however it doesn't include the .csv file extension. It downloads as an extensionless "1"
Can you please tell me if it's possible to download the file from the URL with the extension included?

Apologies, there was a space in my URL, rookie mistake.

This seems to download okay but it's the whole project, not the latest crawl data.
