Is it possible to use Crawlera or Scrapy Cloud to scrape localized Websites? And if so How?

I am trying to scrape a website which has separate websites based on country, and I wish to scrape both versions.

You can set your Crawlera account from a specific region and then deploy crawlers using a specific account for each region desired. Take a look into this article.
