I subscribed to crawlera then selected to cancel at the end of the billing cycle so I didn't get stung with another month of fees if I decided not to keep using it.
I went into crawlera and it said I'm not subscribed even though my billing shows the crawlera add-on. I tried to create an account in crawlera and it said account created and reloaded the page but the account still wasn't listed (tried about 5 times and in different browsers). I went back into billing and selected resume subscription but still in crawlera it says I have no subscription and accounts wont create.
I contacted support but they say they'll get back to you in 1 business day and I really needed to use the service today

The crawlera instance is working now. It takes some time for the instance to be provisioned.
